Overview

This is our 9 day Adventure Safari, and it is always good for you if you want to experience everything Tanzania offers. We’ll take you on a journey of sights and sounds of nature—a safari in which you will witness the live show from nature, like when you are in Serengeti National Park, which is the best national park in Africa.

This safari itinerary also includes the Ngorongoro conservation area. What is so special here is the Ngorongoro crater, which is similar to the big hole that you see animals inside, but also during the wildebeest migration from December to March, which is the best time to see the migration.

Itinerary

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport. meet and greet with a representative, followed by a transfer to Arusha. When you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport, if the day is clear, you might see Mount Kilimanjaro. You may also have the option to do some activities in Arusha, such as a coffee tour, city tour, museum tour, local market tour, Maasai market tour, dinner, and an overnight stay at Forest Hill Lodge.

After breakfast, drive to Lake Natron for activities.

In this beautiful semi-deserted area, you will do a nature walk to the lake, where you will see the water birds. This is also the best place to swim in the natural pool known as Engaresero waterfalls. On the way, enjoy the wonderful and awesome view of Oldonyo Lengai (the Mountain of God), the only active mountain in Tanzania. In the evening, enjoy the sunset dinner and stay overnight at Lake Natron Safari Lodge.

Lake Natron is a mineral-rich soda lake in northern Tanzania, at the border with Kenya. Natron is a breeding ground for hundreds of thousands of lesser flamingos, despite the highly alkaline state of the striking red waters. It sits below Ol Donyo Lengai, a soaring, active volcano in the Rift Valley. Trails lead from the lake to the EngeroSero waterfalls, which flow over craggy rocks into a natural pool.

Proceed with activities in Lake Natron.

Dinner and overnight at Lake Natron Safari Lodge.

After breakfast, drive to Central Serengeti National Park and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at Baobab Serengeti Camp Full board
The name Serengeti, derived from the Maasai word *Siringeti*, means endless plains due to the southern grass plains, which seem to end with the scene of the concentration of wildebeest and zebras during the great migration.

This park is famous and one of the largest national parks in Tanzania, with an area of 14,763 square km. Serengeti is home to an abundance of wildlife and is one of the few parks where you can spot the big five and many carnivores together with birds of prey. Enjoy the day on the plains of Serengeti National Park

Full-day game drive in the Serengeti Plains.

Dinner and overnight at Baobab Tented Camp, full board.

Heading to Ngorongoro for a safari game drive down the crater floor, then late afternoon on your way to Karatu for dinner and overnight at MARERA VALLEY LODGE Full board

Ngorongoro is a multiple land use area where the Maasai, who are pastoralists, share the same ecosystem with wild animals. The area is part of the Serengeti ecosystem in the north and northwest of the Ndutu region, where between December and April is the best time to see the calving of wildebeest and zebras.

The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken and non-flooded caldera in the world. The main attraction of Ngorongoro is the crater, which formed after the large volcano exploded, collapsed on itself, and formed a caldera. In the caldera, it is the best place to see many antelopes very close and the big five animals, depending on the season.

Early morning before breakfast, drive to the bush for hunting with the Hadzabe tribe, have bush breakfast, and then back to the lodge for an early lunch. After a hot lunch, drive to Serengeti National Park, followed by a game drive en route heading to the camp. At last! Serengeti, the incomparable wonder of Tanzania, will be the stage for the natural animal theatrics that will be performed over the next few days. Your game drive here combines the known with the unknown—the certainty that you will be amazed by the uncertainty of exactly what you will see and when. Changing light, a changing cast of animal actors, ensuring that at every turn there is a new experience. Snap off some memorable photos, but don’t forget to simply take a deep breath and enjoy nature in its real-time, raw beauty.

Dinner and overnight at Lake Eyasi Safari Lodge

After breakfast, followed by a drive to Tarangire National Park for a day game drive in the park, dinner, and a night at Lake Burunge Tented Lodge Tarangire is one of the best parks in Tanzania and offers some extraordinary sights. Normally, in the dry seasons, the Tarangire River becomes a reliable water solution for many animals, which is a permanent source of water.

Tarangire is known and famous for large elephant concentrations, baobab trees, and beautiful landscapes. You expect to see heads of buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, baboons, and many antelopes. For bird watchers, Tarangire is the place where over 400 bird species have been recorded in this park, which includes rare species like Greater Kudu, wild dogs, and fringed-eared oryxes.
